MEET MERTHE
About the Author
Merthe Weusthuis holds a bachelor degree in International Business from the University of Groningen and a dual M.Sc. International Management / CEMS from Rotterdam School of Management. While in university, she developed a passion for education and frequently taught bachelor courses as well as exam training for struggling students.
Merthe has extensive experience in consulting and delivered projects for firms like McKinsey, Bain&Co, Simon Kucher & Partners, and PwC. She currently works for Whiteshield — a global public policy and AI economics firm — where she leads the Whiteshield Academy. Responsible for the firm’s training offering, digital education products, and internal learning & development, Merthe aims to leverage her experience with education, business, and technology to help others.
